That’s what I feel.

We can send thousands of service men and women over seas to fight a war (that’s all about oil) …. yet we can’t seem to rescue our own citizens in New Orleans, Mississippi and Alabama??

We can spend billions fighting and then rebuilding Iraq…. yet we can’t get water and food to our own people, let alone get them shelter??

The National Guard was slow on the draw to secure evacuation areas and the looting because…. Oh yeah, they were all in Iraq??

With the war in Iraq, and now this devastation in the gulf…. it really makes me wonder how it got so easy for our president to decide who’s lives are expendable. Does he really care? Or does he just care about lining his own pockets? The media reported the president cut his vacation short to “evaluate” the “situation”. Mighty nice of him, eh?

Man, I wonder how that guy sleeps at night.
